Black Rock '5' Race

This years Black Rock '5' Race will take place in Kinghorn, Fife on Friday 2nd May at 19:30.

Kinghorn Community Centre which is about a two minutes walk from the Railway station and just along from the Memorial bus-stop in the centre of the village.

Changing accommodation is provided at the Community Centre and at Kinghorn Primary School which is situated just over the main road to the north of the Memorial - follow the signs to the appropriate changing facility.

Toilet facilities are to be found in both changing areas, and on Quarrel Brae - a path situated halfway down Harbour Road.

Car parks are available at both changing facilities and overflow parking is situated on Pettycur Road, 200m south of the school, and at the junction outside the Community Centre, sign posted P.

The race finishes at the Ship Tavern, on the east side of the High street, a two minutes walk from the Memorial.

All over 18s who complete the race will receive a bottle of beer, redeemable using your competitor number.

The presentation ceremony is held in or outside the Ship Tavern, at around 9:45pm.

Midi Black Rock Race

This years Midi Black Rock Race will take place in Kinghorn, Fife on Friday 2nd May at 19:30 - same route as last year!

The race starts from the usual place on the sand at the end of Pettycur Road, a 10 minute walk from the community centre. The route crosses the sand to a turning point short of the Rock itself, and returns past the start to follow the course of the main race, back up into the village, to the finish at the Ship Tavern.
