The 2005 Black Rock '5' report is now online; as are photos from the event.

T-Shirts Update!
2005 Black Rock '5' t-shirt is now online!
This year's t-shirt, produced by Atlas Brewery, has now been put on the website for all to see in the t-shirts section! Unfortunately, they have all now been sold out.
2005 Black Rock '5' Results are now online!
The entire 606 people who completed the course, a record number of finishers, can now check where they finished and what their time was, by looking at the results page.
The organisers would like to thank all involved in making the race the great success it was, hope you all enjoyed the night and look forward to seeing you all next year!
Friday's the night!
Organisers expect a record entry for this year's race; They do, however, encourage all intending participants to arrive at registration (Community Centre) as early as possible (opens 6pm) with the entry form already completed (downloadable or available at the registation area).
John and Brian wish to apologise to all women inconvenienced by the lack of toilet facilities and will rectify the situation next year if you can bare with us!
Pre-Entry is now closed!
Entry is on the night of race (Friday 3rd)
For the main event, the 5 mile race, the entry fees have changed: now £8 and £4 for over 18s and under 18 year olds respectively. The midi race fees still remain at £2. To save time and for the benefit of both runners and organisers, if you can, you should still print off, fill in and bring along the form. See the entry forms page to enter.
Atlas Sponsorship
An announcement is hoped to be made shortly revealing details of a sponsorship deal with Atlas Brewery.
They produce the classics ales Three Sisters, Latitude, Nimbus and Wayfarer, among others.
2005 Date Revealed!
The date for this year's Black Rock '5' Race has been announced as Friday 3rd June, the eighteenth running of the Kinghorn event.
The main event starts at 19:45, with the Midi Black Rock race (for boys & girls in 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of secondary school) leaving the beach at 19:15. Please visit Entry Forms and Course Map for full details.
